WHITE WINES
Fat Bastard
Rose
Fat Bastard Rose has expressive and complex aromas with peach,
apricot and raspberry notes. It is fat and full on the palate
with vibrant, lively flavors of red berries and a long, fresh
finish. This is a refreshing summer wine!
Flying fish
Riesling
This Riesling from winemaker Gordon Hill has fresh flora aromas
with ripe peach and apricot flavors.
MARTIN CODAX Albarino
This attractive straw-greenish yellow wine has ripe lemon
nuances and is bright in color. It has a special intensity and
elegant aroma reminiscent of damp, dewy fresh herbs with a
perfume of semi-ripe apples. A fine sparkling sensation on the
palate, with a complexity of tastes denoting the freshness of
vegetation in the valley and the essence of the variety.
DOMAINE NAPA VALLEY Chardonnay
The Domaine Napa Chardonnay
reflects its terroir with forward fruit, full body and crisp
acids. On the palate, mouthwatering flavors of pear, nectarine,
honey and vanilla are followed by a long, buttery finish.
RED WINES
ARCHETYPE VINEYARD Shiraz
Layers of opulent red berry flavors, with a touch of mocha and
smoked meat, this wine has all the characteristics of classic
Shiraz from the Barossa Valley.
CARI Red Wine
This Spanish
wine has intense black cherry color with layers of violet tones
resulting in a wine with an attractive appearance. The wine has
a complex nose with fragrant and ripe fruit. On the palate the
wine shows powerful fruit, which is perfectly balanced, full and
intense with a long finish.
RABBIT RIDGE Cabernet Sauvignon
This Cabernet Sauvignon was barrel-aged in French
and American oak for approximately 15 months to
achieve the perfect balance. A judicious amount of
Petite Sirah was added to create this big, concentrated
dark Cabernet Sauvignon boasting a great deal of
complexity.
FALESCO Sangiovese
The soft
and silky tannins pleasantly frame the plush texture of fruit
and spice. Whether paired with your favorite Italian dishes or
enjoyed alone by the glass, this Sangiovese is a pure pleasure
to drink.
